Availability unconfirmed. The PHP162,000 headline is a January 2022 reference for mixed lot-only and house-and-lot inventory, not a current house quotation. The displayed rowhouse cards are retained historical records, not confirmed available units or verified current layouts. Request current availability and a written quotation. Verona Homes is Priland's 5.2-hectare socialized-housing development in Cambuhawe, Balamban. Its original offering combines rowhouses and lot-only options, with a basketball court and playground among the community facilities. The developer's rowhouse plans show a compact open living-and-sleeping area, dining space, kitchen and toilet and bath. Both middle and end-unit plans have 23 sqm of gross floor area; the end unit has more lot space rather than a larger original house.

The developer's published PHP162,000–528,000 range is expressly dated January 2022 and covers mixed house-and-lot and lot-only inventory. It is not a current quotation for a completed house. Original plans distinguish 32 sqm middle lots from 45.72 sqm end lots; these are lot areas, not floor areas. Current rowhouse availability, release status, actual finishes and prices must be confirmed before a unit is offered.
